Instead of spending huge amounts of money on shampoos nd conditioners which may or may not make your health look good, have a look at some of these hair foods which will make your hair shine  and keep them healthy.

1.Salmon: is an essential hair food that provides Essential omega-3 fatty acids that are needed to support scalp health. A deficiency of omega-3  can result in a dry scalp and thus hair, giving it a dull look

2. Dark Green Vegetables: Green leafy vegetables help the body produce sebum- an oily substance secreted by our hair, which is the body’s natural hair conditioner.

3 Beans: They are said to be an important part of your hair-care diet as they provide plentiful protein to promote hair growth.

4.Nuts: If you are suffering from hair loss, consume a lot of nuts as they are a rich source of se selenium, an important mineral for the health of your scalp.Also, walnuts are said to be excellent conditioners for one’s hair.

5.Poultry:Chickens and turkeys are rich sources of protein,that providethe nourishment  your  hair craves for. Low protien leads to weak and brittle hair.

7.Plenty Of Water:Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. They help hydrate the skin and hair to a gret extent. They also moisturize one’s hair.

8.Food Rich in Zinc:Zinc is said to be a powerful source of antioxidant. Food rich in Zinc are beef, lamb and Oysters.
 
9.Low-Fat Dairy Products:Low-fat dairy products like skim milk and yogurt are great sources of calcium, an important mineral for hair growth.
