Instead of spending huge amounts of money on shampoos nd conditioners which may or may not make your health look good, have a look at some of these hair foods which will make your hair shine  and keep them healthy.

1.Salmon

: is an essential hair food that provides Essential omega-3 fatty acids that are needed to support scalp health. A deficiency of omega-3  can result in a dry scalp and thus hair, giving it a dull look

Green leafy vegetables help the body produce sebum- an oily substance secreted by our hair, which is the body’s natural hair conditioner.

Low-fat dairy products like skim milk and yogurt are great sources of calcium, an important mineral for hair growth.

10. Carrots:
