Natural Ways Of Taking Care Of Your Feet

Here is a list of 4 natural methods, which will help your feet look great. It also is helpful for people suffering from smelly and tanned feet.

Cut a lime in half and gently massage the juice on your feet. Rub the juice between your toes for five or ten minutes before rinsing with warm water. A simple and affordable foot care remedy; lime helps combat athlete’s foot and foot odor and will leave your feet feeling soft and supple.

Mix eight large strawberries, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 tsp. of kosher salt and 1/2 tsp. of finely ground almonds. Mash the ingredients into a paste to create an exfoliating foot care cream. Massage the paste into your feet, rinse and dry. This will leave your feet soft and silky to touch

Moisturize your feet and heals with a few drops of almond oil after showering to prevent dry, cracking skin. Almond oil helps relieve aches and pains and is often used as a relaxing agent in aromatherapy.

Add a few drops of essential oil to almond oil for a relaxing foot remedy anytime of the day. Rosemary, lavender and geranium essential oils not only smell fantastic, they also help to relieve tired aching feet. Add five drops of your chosen oil to ten teaspoons of sweet almond oil.

Apply it whenever you feel stressed or when tired.

These remedies are easy to make, effective and not at all expensive. They are natural and will cause no allergic reaction to the feet.
