Can Food Habits Slash Down Cancer?

Few years ago the American Cancer Institute stated that about 1/3 of  all cancers are related to our food habits and another 30% results from smoking. The above statement reflects that if we have an eye on what we eat and stop smoking we can reduce the risk of getting cancer. We have a number of foods that help fight cancer. Certainly, food habits can strike a blow at cancer.
