We have some coconut trees that produce constantly. We were concerned about its effect on cholestrol and hypertension. We were drinking a fresh opened coconut every day, but stopped due to higher cholestrol readings.

In case you are suffering from high cholesterol level then it is better to consult your physician or dietician before regular use of coconut water.

I use coconut water everyday for making my vege/fruit juice recipe. It is be best food/drink to take. If anyone is interested about my recipe 100% natural & raw vegetable/fruits
