Almost everyone must have experienced the problem of bad breath at least once in their lifetime. Medically the problem of bad breath is called as Halitosis. This problem of bad breath might lead to an embarrassing situation. You can easily overcome the problem of bad breath. But the question arises what is the main reason for bad breath?

Generally when you eat your meal or any other food item, the food particles gets stuck between your teeth and on your tongue. These food particles break down and produce foul-smelling gases such as hydrogen sulphide. Here are few simple and quick tips to freshen-up your breath:
