What is Brewer’s Yeast?

Brewer’s yeast has traditionally been used for brewing or fermenting beer and for making some wines. It is considered highly nutritious as it is low in sodium, calories, fat and carbohydrates but high in potassium, chromium, folic acid, vitamin B12, thiamin and niacin.
