What is blood pressure:

Diastolic blood pressure

Treatment with Indian Spikenard:

The herb Indian spikenard is nature’s gift for treating low blood pressure. Take 30 to 40 gms of the herb and take this after adding a pinch of camphor and cinnamon. You can also prepare the infusion of the herb by boiling 15 to 20 gm in 250 ml of boiling water. This infusion should be taken thrice a day.

Treatment with Epsom salt:

Bathing with hot water with dissolved epsom salt is an excellent remedy for low blood pressure. One and half kg of commercial epsom salt should be dissolved in an ordinary bath of hot water and the person should remain immersed in the water for 10 to 20 minutes. Care should be taken that the water is sufficiently warm, driving out the risk of catching chill later.

Treatment with Common salt:

The common salt should be included in the diet in appropriate quantity. It is essential to take the salty food intermittently to boost up your blood pressure. It is good to take half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water. Little lemon juice can be added for taste.

Fruit and milk diet for blood pressure:
