Treatment with Vitamins:

Food rich in vitamins A and B2 are beneficial in conjunctivitis and they act as natural medicine in this ailment. Some of the foods rich in vitamin A are: butter, carrots, whole milk, yogurt, tomatoes, mangoes, pumpkin, green leafy vegetables, and papaya. Vitamin B12 rich foods are: almonds, citrus fruits, bananas, milk, green leafy vegetables and tomatoes.

Treatment with Spinach and Carrot Juice:

Take fresh spinach and extract its juice. Take fresh carrots and peel them. Ground them and take of juice. Mix 200 ml of spinach juice to 300 ml of carrot juice. This mixture being rich with vitamins, very beneficial for conjunctivitis.

Treatment with Raw Parsley Juice:

Take 200 ml of fresh, raw parsley juice and mix it with 300 ml of carrot. Take this mixture twice a day. It is believed to be one of the effective natural way of treating conjunctivitis.
