Treatment of Halitosis using Parsley:

Parsley is a good natural medicine for bad breath. Take two cups of water and boil it. Add several sprigs of coarsely chopped parsley and steep them in the water. Add few cloves or a quarter teaspoon of ground cloves. Stir this mixture occasionally while cooling. Strain and use the filtrate as mouthwash or gargle 4 to 5 times a day.

Treatment of Halitosis using Fenugreek:

Tea made from the seeds of Fenugreek treats bad breath. Take one teaspoon of seeds in half a liter of cold water. Allow it to simmer for 15 minutes over a low flame. All the vitals are extracted. Then strain the filtrate and drink it as tea. Taking this regularly will reduce bad breath to minimum.

Treatment of Halitosis using Avocado:

Avocado acts as mouth lotion. It helps removing intestinal decomposition that brings bad breath.

Treatment of Halitosis using Juices:

Juices of fruits and vegetables should be taken liberally. These juices sets digestive system and prevents bad breath caused by digestive disorders.
