Natural Methods of Curing Prostrate Disorders

Proportionate mixture

of vegetable juice is one of the natural methods to cure prostrate problems. Take

300 ml of carrot juice


200 ml of spinach juice

and mix them to prepare half a liter of combined juice. Even carrot juice is good in this regard. Take this every day till there is considerable relief from prostrate problems.

What is Prostrate Gland

: It is a part of the male reproductive system with a size of a chestnut. It consists of glandular and muscular tissue and is situated below the neck of the bladder, encircling the urethra.

The result is that there is pressure on the urethra and the bladder. This interferes urination. The symptoms of the problems manifest as interference with the passage of urine and pain in the lower back and hips.

Pumpkin Seeds for curing Prostrate Problems:

Pumpkin seeds are rich in unsaturated fatty acids which are necessary for healthy prostrate. These seeds are advised to people having problems while urinating due to prostrate trouble. At least 60 to 90 grams per day should be taken by them. These seeds are taken in form of powder in cooked vegetables or taken in wheat flour to make wheat tortilla. The powder of the seeds can also be taken in honey or in diluted milk.

Vitamin E for Prostrate Problems:

Vitamin E rich food are vital for healthy prostrate. Foods such as green leafy vegetables, milk, eggs and all raw and sprouted seeds are rich in Vitamin E and should be taken liberally by the person with prostrate problems.

Lemon Juice and Water for Prostrate Problems:

The person suffering with prostrate disorders should forego all solid foods and live on water and lemon juice for 2 to 3 days. This diluted lemon juice will greatly increase the flow of urine and decrease the intensity of the problem.

Fruit Diet for Prostrate Problems:

In the same above way the person can take all fruit diet for 3 days. After this the diet should consist of 2 meals of fruits and one of cooked vegetables for 7 days. It is best to follow this diet under the supervision of a doctor.
