Natural Cures for Dog Ear Infections
Put one or two drops of
cod liver oil
in the dog’s affected ear. You can use
Vitamin E oil
in the same way. These are beneficial for dogs who suffer from middle and inner ear infections. These oils relieve the ear pain and soon your dog will be at ease.
Dogs are very prone to ear infections because of their L-shaped ear canals. Although some dog breeds are likely to get infections but almost any dog can get ear infection and this is one of the most common ailments that dogs suffer. Here are

Apple cider vinegar:
Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and give this to your pet twice a week. Make sure that the dog takes that fully for its best effects. You can use this solution to clean the ears of the dog.
In mild ear infections take 2 cloves of garlic macerated in olive oil and left the mixture for 2 weeks. Strain after that and put 2 to 3 drops of warmed mixture into the dog’s ears. Use this daily till the infection is fully cured.
Take 6 ounces of isopropyl alcohol and add half tablespoon of boric acid powder to it. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to it with a teaspoon of generic betadyne antiseptic. Put this solution one drop at a time in the ears after cleaning the ears throughly. This prevents the ear recurrent infections of the ears.
Herbal flea powder:
Instead of a regular flea powder, use special herbal flea powder to run away mites on the dog’s body. The ingredients of the powder are wormwood, rosemary, eucalyptus, rue and pennyroyal. When sprinkled on the body of the pets, they are less likely to get infections.
