Body Odor Nature Cure

The best cure for body odor in a natural and safe way is to apply

baking soda.

Baking soda absorbs sweat and does not allow the odor-producing-bacteria to grow. You can apply baking soda to the most sweating parts of the body like armpits and feet. It is best to apply it immediately after having shower. You will be odor-proof whole day.

Body odor

is very annoying. It is evident when there is excessive sweating. The bacteria that lives on the skin breaks down the sweat into acids and the smell of these acids is called body odor.

In this article we give a few simple tips to get rid of this common embarrassing situation:

White Vinegar to treat body odor:

Take a mug of water and add a little white vinegar to it. Use it to rinse the armpits and feet. This lessens the effect of bacteria and helps fight the bad odor coming from these sites. You can also use apple cider vinegar in place of white vinegar for that matter.

Tea Tree Oil:

Take one ounce of water and add 2 drops of tea tree oil to it. Put this in a spray top bottle and use it as a deodorant. The antibacterial properties of tea tree help in preventing body odor. This is one of the effective natural ways to fight body odor.

Turnip Juice to treat body odor:

Grate a turnip and extract juice from it. Apply this juice to underarms and feet. It is a good remedy for body odor.

Radish and glycerin:

Take about 2 dozen radishes and extract their juice. Take ¼ teaspoon of glycerin and mix them thoroughly. Store this in the refrigerator. This can be used as spray for the armpits whenever there is excessive sweating.

Baby Powder

: Instead of chemical deodorant and sprays you can use baby powder or talc to armpits. This is a better way to reduce body odor.
