Indigestion Natural Remedies

Take a glass of

lukewarm water

and add one teaspoon of

lemon juice,

one teaspoon of

ginger juice

and 2 teaspoons of

honey.

is a common problem related to stomach. It is caused when the digestive juices in the stomach are not secreted properly. There are many other causes of indigestion like overeating, improper food habits and food allergies. In this article we give

a few natural remedies for indigestion.

Pineapple Juice for proper digestion

: One of the natural ways to cure indigestion is to have half glass of pineapple juice after having meals.

Coriander to cure indigestion:

Take 1 or 2 teaspoon of coriander juice and add freshly prepared buttermilk to it. Another way is to take a teaspoon of fresh coriander leaf juice and add a pinch of salt to it. Coriander is very effective in curing indigestion.

Caram Seed or Ajwain:

Take at least one teaspoon of ajwain, which is also called caram seed, and grind it. Mix some rocksalt to it and have this mixture everyday. This is a good cure for indigestion.

Baking soda for Indigestion:

Taking baking soda dissolved in water is a good remedy for indigestion. For best results take equal parts of water and baking soda. This provides instant relief in indigestion.

Lemon for Indigestion:

Take a glass of water and add a few drops of lemon or cider vinegar in it. Drink this solution before the meals.

Mint Juice for treating indigestion:

Mix mint juice, lemon juice and honey, each one teaspoon. Consume this mixture once a day. This is one of the effective cures for indigestion.
