Nature Cure for Dyspepsia

Coriander juice

is very effective in curing dyspepsia. Take about 1 or 2 teaspoon of coriander juice and add it to butter or buttermilk. Drink this once daily. Another way is to take a teaspoon of fresh coriander juice with a pinch of salt in it. Dyspepsia and other stomach ailments are cured to a great extent by this method.

Dyspepsia

is commonly known as indigestion. It occurs due to improper conditions of the stomach, where the digestive juices are not secreted properly. Dyspepsia manifests as a symptom for several digestive system disorders such as stomach ulcers and acid reflux disease. Belleric myrobalan fruit:

The pulp of the belleric myrobalan fruit eases the problem of indigestion. It provides instant relief from the symptoms of dyspepsia.

Cinnamon water for dyspepsia:

Taking a tablespoon of cinnamon water after one to two hours after having meals is a good option. It is one of the effective natural cures for dyspepsia.

Ginger for treating dyspepsia:

Taking one cup of ginger tea after meals is an effective way to cure dyspepsia. Another way is to chew a small piece of ginger sprinkled with salt just before the meals. Ginger solves dyspepsia effectively.

Mint for treating dyspepsia:

Take a glass of water and add 2 to 3 drops of mint essence to it. Have this solution every 3 to 4 hours and get relieved from dyspepsia.

Soya Oil:

Take half a cup of Soya oil and mix 2 to 3 drops of garlic oil. Gently massage the stomach with this oil mixture. This brings substantial relief from dyspepsia and also from other digestion related problems.
