Natural Remedies for Peptic Ulcers

Peptic ulcers are the eroded and wounded points in the lining of stomach and duodenum that bleed continuously. They are caused due to factors like stress, anxiety, over usage of medications that increase stomach acidity and over-intake of vitamin C supplements. Peptic ulcers are associated by severe burning pain and discomfort in the abdomen during sleeping or eating. Peptic ulcers can be treated naturally by many ways.   • Banana

    is a good remedy for treating peptic ulcers. It neutralizes the harmful acidic effects of gastric juices. Take 2 – 3 bananas everyday with milk.

  • Fenugreek

    leaves are the good natural cures for ulcers. Add the leaves in boiling water and add salt to it. Consume the mixture twice a day.

  • Cabbage
