Nutritional Value of Mung Bean (Vigna Radiata)

Mung bean is a part of pulse (legume) family, oval in shape and green in color. They are the seeds of the plant, Vigna radiata. They are largely produced and consumed in states of Bangladesh, Japan, India, China and South-east Asia.
