You should sleep at least 8 hours a day especially at night. Make a habit of sleeping without a pillow.
Eat a proper nutritious food. Take diet rich in proteins, fruits and vegetables. Consume excess of water at least 6 – 8 glasses of water a day. Eat dairy products and inculcate the habit of drinking milk everyday. Take a multivitamin in supplement form.
Running is the best physical exercise that helps you to grow taller naturally. Run at least 5 miles everyday. Put on ankle weights and run with them. Begin with 5 pound ankle weights and gradually increase to 10 pounds within a few days.
The second best physical exercise after running is jumping. It helps you to grow taller. You should jump rope at least 400 times a day. But, a goal of 1000 – 2000 jumps a day is to be set and this will help a lot.
Sit ups –
Perform sit ups holding a 10 pound medicated ball. Begin with 50 sit ups and gradually increase to 1000 sit ups after a few weeks.
Pull ups –
