    Great post on a list of natural treatment for panic attacks. I have to say, I find the following natural herbs to work best for my stress; John’s Wort, Kava Kava, Passion Flower and Valerian Root. I recommend these herbs to all, for I can vouch for them in all cases.

    PS. I find also time management is key to reducing stress.
