You should know that the fatty acids are not available in the complete form. Instead, they are in the form of ALA, DHA and EPA. The complete fatty acid is available in variety of free-range eggs.

    : One of the most natural sources of Omega-3 fatty acids is fish and fish-oil supplement. Sardines, mackerel, tuna, lake trout, salmon and herring are some of the types of fish which contain high concentrations of Omega-3 fatty acids. One thing you should know about when looking at gaining these fatty acids through fish, is that they also contain high concentration of Omega-6 fatty acids which are found to increase inflammations and fat storage.
