Abdominal pain can be caused due to various reasons. It may be due to minor disorders or major health problems. There are certain natural remedies for abdominal pain available which can easily treat most of the problems. Following are some natural remedies.

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

    : Ginger is very good for controlling acid levels in the stomach. Consuming mixture of half teaspoon of clarified butter and 1 teaspoon of ginger relieves abdominal pain in a very short time. Massaging your lower abdomen with ginger juice can also help treat your abdominal pain.

  • Chamomile tea

    : Drinking chamomile tea and peppermint tea are good for abdominal pain. Chamomile tea is an effective laxative helping bowel movements. Drinking rosewater or lemon and peppermint with warm water are effective treatments.

  • Ginger juice and black salt

    : One of the natural remedies for abdominal pain involves mixing 1 teaspoon of mint juice and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, adding few drops of ginger juice with a pinch of black salt, drinking it. This relieves your stomach ache.

  • Soda water

    : In case the abdominal pain is just due to acidity, drink soda water. This should cure the abdominal pain.

  • Herbal Powder

    : Take dry ginger, pepper, mint, garlic, mint, black salt, cumin seeds and asafetida (also known as devil’s dung or giant fennel) in equal quantities and powder it. Consume the powder every day after every meal.

  • Other

    : A few other remedies are drinking warm water with carom seeds and black salt, warm water with a drop of castor oil and one teaspoon of ginger oil or drinking warm water with blanched verbena leaves.
