Just wondering if you were to cut small pill-sized chunks of the horseradish root (about a tablespoon worth) and swallowed them in water or apple juice without chewing them, would the stomach be able to diegest it this way to get all the same nutrients as it would any other way. This method bypasses the strong taste of the horseradish.
